Taste the difference!
In Taiwan, the making of oolong tea is regarded as an art form where the
style and dedication of the grower is passed down through generations.
Producing oolong tea involves highly specialized skills to control the
withering, oxidation, and firing process. A slight varience in any of these
variables can greatly affect aroma, flavor, color or finish. This tea is a
long fired “amber style” tea which gives it a roasted character.

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea!

This is a delicious Formosa Oolong. It has a very nice toasted flavor and delightful peachy notes. Smooth. Not much mouthfeel to this one, and a light touch of citrus flavor at the tail.

This smells like fresh cotton right out of the dryer

It’s light brown in color and the taste is very gentle and soothing. Something I needed after my last tea tasting experience…lol…

This is quite mellow but nice

Stephanie

Freshly dried cotton—what a beautiful scent! :)
