Taste-wise it is a good cup – sweet and green without being too vegetal. Grass, but in a good way.
I ordered some teas from this company and they have good customer service, but I think I spent as much on shipping as I did on tea.

Just checked on the company – appears they now have a US warehouse as well as free shipping for US orders over $49. This is much improved from when I ordered. I was like never again.
