Agh! I oversteeped this one too! :| I’ve had bad luck lately.

Happily I was able to save it with a dash of milk and some brown sugar. I tried to drink it straight, but it was too strong. I’ll try it straight another time, and give it a proper rating then. :)

Thanks for the note! Sometimes when i oversteep, the second steep is still ok.

My Pakistani friend who introduced me to chai always made it with milk and sugar as do my Burmese and Nepali friends so I’m kinda not used to chai without those ^^’
