From M&K's Tea Company

Bvumbwe white tea is harvested in Africa in the country of Malawi! Similar to a Chinese Shou Mei white tea, Bvumbwe white tea offers something different than the usual White Peony (Bai Mudan) or Silver Needle Chinese white teas. With a lovely caramel note that lingers on the tongue, this Malawian tea offers tea drinkers (experienced and beginners alike) a different experience and will open the door to the world of Malawian tea!

There is literally nothing to add to what Daylon said as his review was exactly what I found. A dry semi roasted broken up white tea.
It sounded awesome which is why I bought it. I may just stick to my furry white teas as they seem to be the only ones I end up enjoying.

Maybe I brewed this wrong, but I followed the instructions and I was kinda disappointed with this one. I did not taste the caramel notes it describes at all: it tasted like a roasted white tea. Yes, it had a fuller body, but it was like a less flavorful version of the Yunnan White Moonlight. It’s not bad, but not that great.
