I start with organic peppermint, grown seasonally in Victoria and in Egypt. For depth, I add fine Egyptian spearmint, and to soothe the senses, lavender flowers. The finishing touch is a new discovery: Australian Peppermint Gum leaf. Yes, these are the leaves of a gum tree, grown just around the mountain by small farmers.
