The long, beautiful leaves are delicately hand rolled into needles then linger through the night until they are gently heated.

The cup, crystalline and fresh, yields notes of green fruits – papaya, mango… – along with gorgeous, flowery highlights.

How to prepare this green tea :

Measure out 5 g of tea
for 20 cl of pure, filtered water

Bring the water to a simmer (about 95° C)
and let the tea infuse for 3 minutes
