This is good Rooibos tea. It seems deeper in taste than the previous brand I’d tried, but that could be a factor of the amount of tea I used in this brew. Either way, I’ve become a fan of Rooibos tea.
Highly appreciated in South Africa, this ‘red tea’ has a mild, aromatic flavour and is 100% theine-free.
How to prepare this red rooibos:
Measure out 2.5 g of tea for 20 cl of pure, filtered water.
Bring the water to a simmer (about 95° C)
and let the tea infuse for 5 minutes.
