The first time I had this one, it was very much hibiscus tasting. I am not a big hibiscus fan. So I made it again but this time picked out most of the hibiscus. It took a while because there was lots of it.
It is better this way. Not so much sour hibiscus but still some hibiscus taste. Not too much peach flavour, but you could make it out. I forgot to steep this for a bit less time.
