From Moychay

Oolong «Golden Guanyin» made in Zhouli tea farm from the spring shoots of the Jin Guanyin cultivar (moderate fermentation, prolonged heating on charcoal). Hongbei: June 2018

Dry leaf: large, lengthwise twisted leaves of brown color. The fragrance is deep and warm, spicy-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, with golden almond hue.

The bouquet of brewed tea is warm, spicy-biscuit, with notes of exotic wood resins, flowers and dried fruits. The fragrance is deep and warm, polyphonic. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish with delicate spicy nuances, transforming into refreshing finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 5-7 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing exposure time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8 times.

«Golden Guanyin» is an excellent ceremonial tea for gourmets and sophisticated connoisseurs. The effect is warming, relaxing.
