From Native American Tea Company

Also included: Missouri Snake Root, Muira Puama, White Oak Bark, Rose Flower, and Marjoram

In the Indian culture when a young man fell in love with a woman he went through certain procedures. First, he would go to her father with gifts as was the traditional way. If the father approved of the young man and consented to give his daughter to him, the young brave would start his courtship. He would use his flute to play courting songs while the woman was inside her teepee. Often this would go on all night. Each brave had his own song he would play for a woman, usually a special song played only for her. If the woman liked the young man, she would prepare a special blend of tea. We call this blend our Indian Love Tea. She would then come out of her teepee to the sound of the music and offer the young brave a cup of tea, a sign of mutual admiration.

A rich blend of natural herbs, excellent for overall health. Our Indian Love blend contains high grades of select ginseng and damiana, natural stimulants without caffeine or gluten.

Note: Japanese blend has no Muira Puama.

About Native American Tea Company View company

In the early days of the Native American Herbal Tea Company, our founding family would listen to the old ones tell stories of the herbs, flowers, and roots- where they came from and how they came to be put on the Earth. In 1987, our company was started with the intent to share this knowledge with the world and so we began formulating these herbs in a small room in a house and began producing one tea bag at a time. The teachings of how the roots, herbs, and flowers were used has taught us how to recognize and use these herbs at their height of potency. Our products are born from this knowledge and contain only the highest quality natural ingredients as "Mother Earth" intended. Enjoy our "Taste of Tradition." Native American Tea Company donates 5% of all profits after taxes towards scholarships at Sitting Bull College. Sitting Bull College is a fully accredited, four-year tribal college located in the Standing Rock Reservation at Fort Yates, North Dakota. Sitting Bull College has branch campuses at McLaughlin and Mobridge, South Dakota. You can read more at SittingBull.edu.
