Black Pearl 2010, 250g
Shu puer by the Xin Wen factory. In shape of a pancake, weight: 250 grams, year of manufacture: 2010.
Our customers liked this series so much that we decided to add another one similar brick to our assortment, but with a longer aging period. The raw looks almost the same, but it often happens that the difference in taste is noticeable, so we are waiting for your feedback!
Initially fermentation was medium, but with aging it moved closer to deep. In general, the pressing is reliable, but not too tight. But remember that it is better to use a puer knife when cutting tea bricks. And the most important – do not rush!
Taste: tart astringent smoky prunes with a tinge of old wood, however, it does not have such a rich range. A good sample for the fans of strong tea.

Эта серия так полюбилась нашим покупателям, что мы решили добавить в наш ассортимент ещё один подобный кирпич, но с большим сроком выдержки. Сырьё на вид практически то же самое, однако часто бывает так, что разница по вкусу ощутима, поэтому – ждём ваших отзывов!
Изначально ферментации была среднего уровня, но с выдержкой сдвинулась ближе к глубокой. В целом, прессовка надёжная, но не слишком плотная. Но следует помнить, что при разделке кирпичей всегда лучше использовать нож для пуэра. И главное – не спешите!
Вкус: терпковато-вяжущий дымный чернослив с оттенком старого дерева, впрочем в нём не такая богатая гамма. Хороший экземпляр любителей крепкого чая.
