I wish I cold brewed this. It is not bad hot but I can see this really shining cold. Right now, there is elements of cream and a flavor relatively close to strawberry, complete with a touch of berry tartness to keep this from being cloying. It is not my favourite herbal I have ever tried but it is pleasant and unique enough that I would keep it around for something different every now and then. Thank you Sil for the sample :)

It’s not BAD, but it’s just quite as strawberry as i want it to be. heh oh well, still a good tea for summer!
