From Rosali Tea

Pu-erh tea is from Yunnan, China. This Shu Pu-erh is the perfect tea for coffee lovers. “Shu” means “cooked” in Chinese, a centuries-old method of fermenting and aging Pu-erh tea. This tea has a sweet and earthy liquor and can be re-steeped for a dozen infusions, with each infusion bringing out a different flavor profile. An excellent drink for health according to traditional Chinese medicine. Pu-erh tea helps to lower cholesterol and promote weight loss. The antioxidants in pu-erh tea help to protect cell damage, prevent cancer, and lower risks of heart conditions.

I got this tea during the a la carte weekly Tea Tuesday special that Rosali Tea has. I’m drinking it right now on a rainy morning in the kitchen and am really enjoying the smoky, mineral flavor and pretty deep brown-red color. Very happy with this one!
