A medium-bodied oolong tea with a pleasingly delicate floral aroma. Leaves are medium to dark green and tightly twisted into a ball-like shape; brews a clear, greenish-golden liquor. Infuse for 2-4 minutes at 160-180 degrees — below boiling. Good for a second infusion.
