Native Name: Melon Seeds
Origin: Anhui, China

Plucking Season: Harvested from young leaves, in early spring.

Introduction: Lu An Guapian green tea is mainly produced in Lu-An, Jin-Zhai and Huo-Shan – regions of Anhui Province in China. Unlike other teas, it is made entirely of leaves (no tips or buds), which are shaped like melon seeds or ‘Lu An’.

Flavor Profile: Light, vegetal complexity and a very buttery texture. Pleasant aftertaste.
