It’s not overly spicy but I’m totally ok with that! The vanilla and lemon made for an interesting combo of flavors…to create a new flavor of it’s own, really! I enjoy it very much! There are subtle spices mixed in underneath…they make lovely assistants. As it cool at room temperature I can taste the ginger a bit more. Neat Rooibos flavored offering :)

This chai has an interesting set of flavors. The rooibos is lightly honey-like with earthy/nutty notes. These flavors work with the chai spices well. The cinnamon, cardamom and ginger are warming and balanced. The lemongrass adds a bright note to the cup. The vanilla softens the edges. It’s a nice blend.

sounds interesting… I wouldn’t have thought lemon and vanilla would go well in a chai :D
Tay’s blends are pretty interesting, but they’re a small local business so I feel like most people don’t know about them at all. They do some unique things!
