Phoenix Single Bush is the most famous oolong tea from Guangdong Province, China. This spring tea is made from tender plump leaves, crafted into a stout, straight, brownish, emerald tea leaf that produces a lasting orchid fragrance and fresh sweet taste with soaring honey notes. Harvested from some rare 150-200 year old trees on the upper slopes of Wu Dong Mountain in Chao Zhou, Guangdong.
