From Tea Hong

When we told our White Peony producer in Fuding how great the floral character his tea was but would like a longer taste in it, the farmer adapted an existing process into his White Peony routine to give us this unique tea. We name it Mandarin Duck, translated from the Hong Kong expression for merging two opposing characters into one. A Tea Hong original.
