From Tea Palace

Formosa Oolong comes from Formosa, now known as Taiwan, where the leaves are withered in the sun and turned in bamboo baskets before rolling. It has large wildly rolled leaves and a sweet aromatic flavour. Oolong, meaning Black Dragon, is a semi-fermented tea, a cross between green and black teas.
