Huh. I think I might like this. It strikes a note somewhere between munching on a lemon tree branch and lemon candy, like one of those old-fashioned candy sticks. There might be slight hints of Pledge, but really, the sweetness keeps it away from that too much. And as the tea cools just a tad, the lemon tree branch is going away and I’m getting lots more lemon candy. It’s really nice. I could totally see myself buying some of this.

This came as a free sample with my Teas Etc order (an aside: I love when a company lets you choose a sample, or chooses a sample for you based on your tastes as revealed by what you ordered :) Teas Etc. lets you choose).

Sweet lemon candy. The honeybush is really nice in this – adds depth and sweetness. I kept on wanting more SOMETHING though – more lemon? maybe some ginger? My husband loved it – I would pop it into a future order simply because he liked it so much – but this is not one that drives me wild.

Teas Etc also ups the number of samples by how much you spend. I’m not sure of their equation, but I’ve been allowed to chose 3 samples in the past (as well as a single sample on my recent small purchase). I loves it! :)

This is lemon Pez. Pez has a unique taste to it that I’ve always really liked and this tastes like the lemon Pez, though with not as much sugar. There’s a natural sweetness but not to the same level as Pez.

This has honeybush, lemongrass, and lemonmytle. This smells mostly like lemon. I steeped this up. This tastes like strong lemon with honeybush. The lemon in here I’s just too strong for me. So this I’s just decent.
