From TeaSource

This is a darker oolong from southern Fujian, China. These hand-made leaves produce a dark, sweet aroma (think black plums). The steeped cup is medium to full-bodied and complex with flavor notes that range from toasty, sweet, mineral, and stone fruit.

This is my favorite tea for the morning wake me up. I find it medium roasted, that tapers off into a nice floral in the second steep. (I brew western style mostly, because I usually don’t have time for a brewing session at 4am …) I make a jar of this to last through my day, and the flavors change a bit as the tea cools off.
