Tried this for the first time today, and I really like it. The spearmint is complimentary to the green tea, but it does not steal the show. The green tea flavor stands front and center.
First steep: Yes, it’s minty, but it’s all about the green tea.
Second steep: The green tea flavor really shines, while the mint flavor slips into the background.

Lovely tea. I would drink this often.

Smooth and minty. I wanted something crisp after lunch, so I figured a nice mint tea would do the trick. Even though I’ve had this for a few months, the mint is still as tart as it was when I first bought it. Added a dash of cream, so it was sort of creme de menthe-y.

One of my favorite green teas. The mint from the mint leaves are present strongly but not overpowering. The green tea is subtle but comes out a little more, I discovered, on the second steep. Delicious!

This tea is so tasty! Made it by using boiling water and steeped it a little longer than directed and cut down the bitterness with lots of sugar! Some friends said this is how they had it when they had authentic Moroccan tea.

Kasumi no Chajin

I’ve had mint tea in a Morocan restaurant sugar was suggested, and it was served with pine nuts floating in it. When I remember to stock them, I still love floating pine nuts in my Numi Moroccan Mint!

This is my first serious venture into “proper” tea, that is, something I don’t dunk in hot water with the help of a bag.

I have a thing for green tea to begin with, and the mint is an added bonus. As I tend to drink tea only at work (stress relief or procrastination? You decide), it makes a good early morning or mid-afternoon break.

And gunpowder tea? AWESOME. I can sit here and just watch the leaves expand. But that’s just me being easily amused.

I better like it. I bought 1/4 of a pound (I think) from Teavana. It’ll last me some time.

I really like this tea. Done right, I can taste both the spearmint and the green tea. The combination is very soothing- not something I would seek out as a first of the morning tea, more of an afternoon to early evening tea, I think. When I opened the tin, the dry leaf smell was REALLY minty, almost like smelling a pack of gum. The appearance of the leaf is tightly curled green tea, interspersed with pieces of dried spearmint. As the tea steeps, the leaves unfurl. After steeping, the minty gum smell is gone, replaced by a much more balanced aroma. As I said earlier, the taste is a balance between green tea and spearmint, with a light taste and a cool finish. I can’t wait for it to be warmer so I can try this iced, I think it would be a perfect summer drink for when I’m tired of water but don’t want pop/juice.

After spending some time in Marrakech,I fell in love with their mint tea and have tried to find a tea that tastes just as good!! As a lover of all things mint including mint teas, I have bought this tea multiple times from Teavana. With some sugar, it makes the perfect minty hot tea; or I can make a delicious iced tea with it. This is one of my top 5 teas to drink.

I quite like this tea. It’s nice and minty without being overwhelming. I can only get a little bit of the green leaf in the taste, but that’s okay, because the star of the show is the spearmint. Like everyone else has said, it’s probably great iced. I’ll have to try it some time.
