Smells wonderful! The creme really smooths out this tea and sets it apart from regular earl gray. Yummy!

I’ve had better earl grey cremes from the british tea store, but I thought I’ve give teavana’s a shot. It’s alright blending with some others, but by itself I feel the flavor is week.

Everything about this tea was mild for me,
Citrusy, but not tart
Creamy, but very lightly so
Vanilla, but only in the aftertaste
It was decent, but I wasn’t blown away.

I could see myself turning to this when I just want a “stock” unassuming cup of tea.

I’m on the fence about this tea. It’s not a strong earl grey and the creme doesn’t really add what I thought it would. It’s good but not what I expected from it. I like my earl greys to be strong and this is not.

I thought this had too much bergamot, but that may just be me.

I tried this for the first time today. Before now, I had only had bagged Earl Greys (namely Bigelow, Twinings, and Tazo). I was really pleased by the taste of this Earl. It’s so incredibly smooth and doesn’t need any milk: the creme flavor in the tea does the job nicely, and the vanilla is a great touch. The cornflower makes it a rather pretty sight, and it smells great. I do wish it had just a bit more bergamot flavor, though.

This is maybe my favorite ever. Need to add extra tea than is recommended (or just steep ‘til kingdom come) because it’s sometimes a tad too weak for my tastes. Good just the way it is, no milk or sugar!

I know this tea is rated high on Steepster, but I really didn’t care for it much. I love earl grey teas, but this one just seemed to be too mellow for me. I tried steeping anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes but had no luck at all. I even tried temps from 170 – 210. The tea just had no bite for me. I think the creme flavor this tea had just turned me off.
