From Ten Ren

This Milky Oolong tea puts a new and delicious twist to the classic oolong tea. Milky Oolong is an oolong that has been scented with milk, giving the tea a milky sweet aroma. This tea will stimulate the palate with a smooth milky and slightly creamy taste with a lingering milky aftertaste. The steeped tea is a pale green hue.

The water used to steep this tea should be about 185-195°F or 85-90°C. Use about 2 teaspoons (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 milliliters) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes is recommended with more or less time depending on the desired concentration. As a rough guide, the higher the temperature of the water or the greater the amount of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be. The leaves may be steeped multiple times.

Name pretty much describes it right as a milky oolong with a smooth creamy taste. Works out well with short gaiwan infusions but it has more limited brews than most green oolongs as it takes a turn for the bad once the milk flavoring is gone.
