The fully handmade Huang Shan Mao Feng comes from She Xian which is outside of the core region but still has many place with wonderful terroir.
The body is light and refreshing, like spring in the cup. With the thick body that is signature for Mao Feng is lacking a bit it’s made up by the aroma. This aroma of this tea is not just one flower, but a bouquet. It has a complexity that I have never seen in an aroma.
Bright and full of energy. This tea truly is spring in a cup.
