It’s nice to try something new so I’m grateful for the share but this is a tea I would be okay with not encountering again.

Uh oh. I’m sorry Anlina but despite how thoughtful it was of you to include this one, it’s definitely not agreeing with me. Not even a little bit.
As soon as I opened the packaging, it just smelled really wrong and off to me but I hoped maybe whatever seemed funky to me would sort itself out as this as steeped. Not the case. I’ve been sipping on this mug for the last three or so hours, but I haven’t made much progress – and every time I do take a sip my nose crinkles up so much. It’s like making a three year old eat their vegetables. I just don’t want to.
Breaking it down, I can taste the coconut and some other buttery flavours, as well as the lime and some seriously vegetal oolong and individually I might be all about those things, but they’re not coming together harmoniously for me. Yeah, Tea Emporium “Put the lime in the coconut” but should they have!? Have they just gone too far!?

VariaTEA I measured out about a cups worth of this for you and it’ll get sent to you eventually in one of our frequent swaps. I don’t really expect you to like it since you don’t really like oolong to begin with, but I could be wrong and it might be worth a try anyway. Who knows.
As for me, I think I’m just gonna dump out the rest of my mug.

Once again this was super creamy and rich, not too sweet, subtle lime flavour with a touch of tartness, and some floral, vegetal oolong flavours.
I also just love how this tea looks. The creamy coconut, dark green oolong and orangey red flowers are a beautiful combination.

Yikes, lotiony oolong does not sound appetizing. :/
