A delicate and light in flavour with naturally sweet flavours on the pallet. The tea displays notes of honey, and a mellow fruity aroma. Look out for a slight nuttiness not dissimilar to a peach stone.

The brewing leaves had aromas of sweet smokey salmon and vegetal.
The brewed tea has a very thick mouthfeel. There is a very strong characteristic white tea flavour with the smokey salmon note blooming into the aftertaste. I find it quite unique to have a white tea with a strong savoury note. Very faint sweetness with some sawdust woody notes.
