White Jade Phoenix is picked during a single month out of the year. Further, it is only produced in a single region in China, Anji in Zhejiang Province. Historians believe this to be the rare, legendary green tea spoken of by emperor Song Hui Zong about 900 years ago. Aromas of roasted chestnuts and soft floral notes give way to refreshing flavors of orchid, white corn, and sweet edamame.
