This has easily become one of my go-to’s and a staple in my tea cabinet. The color alone is stunning! It’s a super bright, vibrant green and it whisked up so smoothly with barely any effort.
The flavor is what really surprised me. It’s creamy and naturally a little sweet, with that rich umami taste but almost no bitterness. I also love the floral aroma and think it goes great with a nice floral candle in the morning before work.
I’ve been making it both as a regular morning matcha and in lattes, and it tastes amazing either way. It just feels easy to drink and really balanced. Definitely a great choice if you like your matcha smooth and not too bitter.
