This blend has been one of our favorites for many years and has won a Great Taste Award in 2014.

A very aromatic and refreshing peppermint and balanced it with the deep warm aroma and flavor of rosemary. A great pick me up tea.

It is said that peppermint can improve digestion, reduce muscle ache and relieve stress whilst rosemary may improve memory, stimulate poor circulation and fight rheumatism.
