Sipdown. I apparently took no notes on this tea for the second infusion. I think I used the gaiwan because of time recorded. I guess I didn’t like it the 2nd time either.
A higher oxidised oolong possessing a full apricot taste with a crisp finish and darker than typical black Darjeelings!
The tea has been named ‘Enigma Gold’ by Gopaldhara to signify it is the highest quality ‘Enigma’ tea they produced this flush.
