A high grade of Keemun grown at high altitude, it has a fantastically smooth honey sweet taste which lingers long in the mouth without any bitterness or astringency.

Tasting Notes:

Origin: Qimen, Anhui, China
Sourced: Specialist Chinese tea wholesaler

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 4-5 minutes
