Okay sure it’s technically after Christmas so maaayyybee I’ve missed the holiday window, but I’m still digging into last year’s W2T December/Christmas club cake for a late afternoon tea session. After practically a month without any sheng pu’erh sessions this is hitting so, so good!! Syrupy thick liquor with jammy red fruit notes and a vegetal finish with just the faintest flicker of bitterness! Kept the steep times short as I five back into more pu’erh in this last stretch of the year; but I’m looking forward to some good tea sessions over the next few days!!
