Description

Seldom will you find a tea so steeped in history, but this tea’s story is rich indeed. Having cured a Chinese emperor of his ills, he named this tea Iron Goddess of Mercy, and it is now one of the most sought after of oolongs. Ours is oxidized in the mid-range, giving it that entertaining property of slight character changes with each subsequent infusion. A most interesting tea.
