A special offering from the Tiger Hills region of India, this fine organic Darjeeling hails from the legendary Ambootia estate. Our second flush Darjeeling is harvested in June and produces an amber, full-bodied, yet nuanced cup with a delicate muscatel character and flowery aroma. This remarkable tea can be used with our Sweet Chai for an authentic taste of India.

Brew 3 minutes at 195 – 200°F to preserve the floral qualities; 1 steeping.
