Drink When: Evening around the fire (or radiator)
The story that we’ve heard goes a little something like this: While travelling from China to Russia on a tea run loaded down with teas. At night, to protect their precious cargo they would tie the tea sacks up in the trees where the smoke from their campfires would gently waft over the different teas giving them a smooth and delicate smokey taste. As accidents go, this was indeed a happy one! Since then we have thoroughly enjoyed the delicate flavour of this tea blend.
Ingredients: Keemun, Oolong and Lapsang Souchong. 100g.
