This brick is composed from spring 2017 “Huang Pian” (mature leaf) material from old tea trees growing in Gua Feng Zhai village in the Yi Wu mountains. Huang Pian (黄片) refers to mature leaves allowed to grow a bit longer before harvesting. They are not only larger but also have their own unique flavor and will age wonderfully. Huang Pian from Guan Feng Zhai has a special thick and pungent spiciness, thick body ,and long-lasting mouth-feel.
