From Yunnan Sourcing

A blend of Spring and Autumn 2020 harvest from old “Mother” tea trees growing in Big Snow Mountain area of Lincang. 200+ year old tea trees growing at an altitude of 1900 meters. An unadulterated environment and high altitude growing conditions imparts a near magical quality to the tea. Cha Qi is super strong but with perfect clarity both in body/mouth feeling and taste!

For a Mengku sheng, this one is quite bitter and nutty, but also floral, earthy and mineral. It also has a medium to full body and a very present cha qi.

The aroma sugarcane, forest floor, alcohol, celery, and grains. The taste is floral, sour and spicy, but primarily bitter. There are notes of chicory, black pepper and sugar beet.
