Yame hojicha Mare has more smooth and sweet flavor than regular hojicha.
This tea is very light and won’t fit in usual 100g container.
Brewing:
We recommend trying different brewing parameters to find your personal preference. For a good starting point, use 0,5g per 30ml of water at 80-95C. 1min for first infusion. 30sec/2min for second and third infusions. (If you don’t have a scale, 1,5g of tea is roughly one standard 5ml teaspoon.)

The recommended instructions worked fine, but coming back home in a cold winter night, I prefer to prepare a single infusion, with just boiled water and steeping from 3 to 5 min for a stronger infusion.
