drank Milk Oolong by thepuriTea
304 tasting notes

Sweet, peach smell from the dry leaves which look like tiny little balls. The minute the water hit teapot BAM those little balls turned into huge leaves that consumed my teapot. Sweet, smooth..I am not getting the creaminess of milk, but I do like this and could see myself drinking this on a regular basis:) The second infusion was still peachy enough that I enjoyed this cuppa as much as the first…no veggie taste here (I am so glad) just pure tea enjoyment.
I must say that I like doing business with thepuriTea folks, they were quick to answer my emails and I got my order in less than a week. I ordered their clear tea tin (for my blood orange black tea…the prettiest tea in my cupboard) & two oolong samplers…when I opened the box I found four more samples!!! Great customer service and the free shipping for Presidents day made me smile:)

Steam rises from a cup of tea

and we are wrapped in history,

inhaling ancient times and lands,

comfort of ages in our hands.
