drank Black Currant by Ahmad Tea

This one was pretty good, I enjoyed it :)
Decent enjoyable slightly bitter black tea with a bold blackcurrant taste, I’ve had a few not so great blackcurrant teas so I wasn’t expecting much from this one but honestly it was way beyond my expectations, Very tasty to me. The slight bitter of the tea actually plays very well with the slightly fruity taste of blackcurrant(almost raisin like).

I brought this one to dialysis clinic with us today cuz i get so bored up here with no tea lol. This one is really good to me, i like it alot, one of the better of Master Han’s teas that I’ve had from Verdant. It goes for many steeps also. To me it has many different flavor notes throughout many steepings, little earth, little sweet, little vanilla? little woody? and more, Not really sure what to think about this one except that it is really good… really damn good :)
a 100 for sure from me!

Kirkoneill1988

i want to try it now!

Tommy Toadman

This is a really unique and tasty tea blend :)
The aroma is Amazing, the wonderful sweet clean sects of Vanilla and Saffron, best enjoyed with a long, slow sniff, Mmmmmm…
On the first sip of Port I was greeted with the wonderful sweet flavors of the Vanilla and Saffron that I had just been enjoying sniffs of and I was just lost, for a minute there all of my thoughts and others concerns kinda went out the window, I was just in a peaceful state of bliss.
The taste of the first steep was a perfect reflection of the aroma and just so good, it is kinda hard to describe. Second and third Steeps were even better and I was able to taste more of the Tea itself, nice and bold slightly malty, a nice solid tea that seems to be pleasantly “softened” by the taste of the Vanilla and Saffron, which is still so hard to describe.
I was able to get 6 nice infusions from this one with no problem at all, the flavors really held up well untill abut the 4th infusion but even then 5 and 6 were still quite tastey.
This Tea to me was awesome and Like I had said before Hard to Describe, I know exactly how it tastes to me but I hard a had time to put it in words to type but Heres the best I could come up with.
Have you ever been out walking or on a hike somewhere in the woods or wilderness? When You are out hiking like that and you come near water like a lake or a pond or something most people can tell that water is near, I dunno something in the air changes the smell and feel and closer you get to water the stronger it is(it’s a sensation you can taste, feel and smell, If you are not much on the outdoors you may have no clue what I’m talking about, Sorry) Anyways, That is kinda what saffron or safflower even is like to me, very nice clean. It tastes like this clean Aroma of water with soft sweet Vanilla swirled with malty, roasty almost woody goodness. It is just awesome.
Insipred by Tucker Lake, I’ve never been there But I can totally get why a Lake would be the inspiration for this Tea because really My very first thought on my first sip was the thought of feeling a nearby Lake.

I do know what you are talking about Tommy, nicely described :-)

I’ve had this one for a while and for some reason i put it in a box and put it away cuz I’m weird like that, anyways I found it tonight and decided to have a pot with Lance. It is delicious maybe thats why I put t up for later I dunno but it is very nice, malty, nutty, chocolately with hints of caramel and some slight floral type notes, interesting. We had another steep of it this time a little longer and the flavors were much stronger and more complex but very smooth and delicious. The leaves of this one were pretty too, curly, fuzzy little black and gold leafes with a slight earthy aroma.
I really enjoyed this tea :)

this tea is really warming and delicious, the elderberries and the spices are perfect :) I’ve been using this one as a mulling spice for my mulled dr.pepper and it is excellent!
Great blend for the winter months.

This tea blend is Delicious! One of my fav WP blends already I need to get some more. It is very nice and soothing when made warm and it is extremely refreshing when made cold. The notes of pine are perfect with slight minty notes that play really well with the pine. The spicy notes of the cinnamon and cloves are really well balanced too. If I could drink a snowy christmas tree I bet it would taste like this tea, its like a piney winter wonderland in your mouth. Piney and minty with warming spicy notes, it don’t get much better than that. A true wilderness tea, I must get more soon so I can share with my brother. I’m saving my last bit of this batch for us to drink outside by the fire, I think it would be great tea to enjoy outdoors.

TheTeaFairy

This is a very nice roasted tea with an interesting creamy mouthfeel.
When steeped light this tea had a nutty roasty taste with a creamy mouth feel, delicate and nice.
When steeped a little longer about 3 minutes and so on the taste was very roast and nutty still a lot more so than on the lighter steep with pleasant vegetal notes and a creamy sweet almost buttery smooth mouth feel , very nice.
Steeped at about 10 minutes this tea is much darker still roasty and nutty but this time also slightly woody, the vegetal notes were still pleasant tho now slightly bitter but not in a bad way at all and the creamy smooth mouth feel was still very much present.

I really like this one, It is a very interesting I love safflower and the elderberries are a really nice touch in this one.
Manitou Mist is a very calming peaceful tea to me, I’ve only drank it about 3 times so far but I realized that I like it best late at night before bedtime it really relaxes me.
I think it may even be nice to drink right before meditation too, I’ll try that next time I have it.
I’m really liking Whispering Pines Teas. I just placed a new order with Brenden tonight I’ve just about tried them all, just a few more to go.
There will always be many Whispering Pines teas in my house from now on, an instant favorite place to buy tasty teas online :)

KristiK

You just inspired me to place an order with Whispering Pines. Thanks!
