I am not typically a fan of chamomile tea, but this one seems to be an exception. It’s not hidden at all, but the warm comfort of honey really balances it. The bag listed stevia (my least favourite ingredient that seems to be in a lot of the teas lately) but I don’t get it in the tea thankfully. I don’t find it too sweet, and it’s very comforting and lovely at the end of the day.

Very pink lemonade, which is exactly what I hoped for.

The scent in the bag is citrus, like dried lime and lemon rind, sweet lemon grass, and almost a little dried tarragon or sweet grass and alfalfa.

Brewed, you get the tang of the hibiscus in the for front, but with the citrus it is welcome. Very tangy, bright red tea, which I enjoy both warm and cold. Very tasty, tangy, summery cup.

Picked up this tea while I was in Beijing, along with a few others.

Nice solid jasmine green tea, stong jasmine scent when you open the tin, and a very pleasant balance when brewed properly. The green tea tastes grassy and fresh, and the jasmine is strong, but not bitter or overbearing.

Nice comforting cup.

This tea…let me tell you about this tea. I ordered it on a whim because I could get it for a discounted price, and the description sounded delicious. I am a big earl grey fan, so either way, I assumed I wouldn’t be disappointed.

It. Is. Delicious.

First off, I love getting tea in tins, it helps keep them fresher, the tin is well designed and beautiful, and you get a good amount of tea in it for the price. I cracked it open and I was hit with smells of warm, sweet caramel, vanilla, and lemony bergamot. I was immediately suspicious; surely it couldn’t taste as good as it smelled. But it does. It tastes EXACTLY like it smells! I devoured the first cup, and re-brewed the tea bag, to find the flavours stood up to another round.

I drank two teapots of it that day.

Needless to say, I have finished one 20 bag tin, and got another one before ran out. It’s going to be a go to for a while.

I got this tea as a gift, just a little sample bag, and I was excited to give it a try. The ingredients listed pineapple, coconut, strawberry, and I was ready for a big cup of tropical fruit.

I ended up with sweet swamp water.

First off, the smell I get from the dry tea is almost medicinal, like cherry cough syrup. I managed to get 3 blue jellybeans in my cup, and the water turned a murky green-blue with a film on the top. The blueberry, or whatever it might have been, jellybeans made the tea a cup of conflicting flavours and sadness. I drank a few sips, and had to dump the tea.

That being said, it sounds like it should be delicious. I am going to try this tea again, but remove the jellybeans and for a straight brew of tea.
