Thank you Emilie for a sample of this!
I enjoyed this one. It was light and fresh, mild tasting but very obviously coconutty.
I admit I don’t know what white tea really tastes like because I’ve never had it straight up, but it seems like a good base for this blend.
I’ve never heard of this company before so I’m glad I got the chance to try this tea, might just order some one day!
My temperature was all screwed up because I’m at work and I thought the kettle was almost boiled (I was trying to guesstimate 82 degrees) but turns out it wasn’t plugged in properly so it was more like 49 degrees, haha. I added more almost boiling hot water to it in an attempt to compensate but I do have enough left for a properly brewed cup at home so I will do that!
edit I wanted to buy this so bad but they charge $28 to ship one oz of tea to Canada :(

persimmon tree is the absolute worst. In part i think because they package everything in cans. i was able to buy once from them waaaay back when and unless i’m shipping to the us, won’t be ever again
That’s ridiculous! They only charge about $5 for US and shipping prices between US to US and US to Canada aren’t that different. Their teas are pretty good, so it’s a shame that shipping is so ridiculous
