The store is small but the staff is helpful, kind, and friendly. I can walk in at anytime with no idea what to get and leave with a new favourite thanks to the knowledge and suggestions by the staff. They don’t have all of the tea accessories available at other DT stores, but they have enough for a quick browse (and I always seem to find a Perfect mug that I don’t already have in my collection).

I recommend waiting until the store is more on the empty side to venture in if you need help or have questions; the small store size can sometimes mean you have to wait a bit to talk to someone, but it’s always worth it.
