I get the same thing. As a chai, it gets a 90 in my book. As an apple chai, a 40. To get more apple you need to steep it in apple juice and/or add caramel apple creamer. :(

I have recently been forcibly transplanted from Princeton, New Jersey to Burleson, Texas. I’ve been recovering from culture shock ever since. The apple juice is a great idea, but juice tend to wreak havoc on my blood sugar. I’ll just keep doing what I’ve been doing with this one: letting it get pushed to the back of my cupboard, then re-discovering it every month or so. It’s a hard life, I know… ; )
