431 Tasting Notes

Not what I expected. The floral aspect of this tea tasted artificial to me. I was looking forward to the rose and I really didn’t even taste it. It was slightly syrupy as well. I may look into brewing this differently and see if I can get to taste better.

The leaves are so cute, thin, small, and black with random brown spots all about. It brewed up well. Tastes smooth with a touch of smokiness. I felt the flavors were perfectly balanced and not at all bitter. I will continue to drink this one time and time again.

Very delicious and even the tea looks authentic with the broken leaves. You can taste all the flavors vividly and as tradition dictates I put in a little cream and sugar. It was divine.

A yummy tea very earthy. You can tell this tea has in fact been aged. I will be drinking more.

First, I loved the looks and touch of this tea. It is such a beautiful tea. It brewed up very nicely. It was golden in my cup and so smooth. I felt there was perfect harmony with this tea. It wasn’t too sweet, too bitter, too watery, nothing. Just right.

A delicious tea, sweet and smooth. Great for an after dinner tea or right before bed. The almond isn’t overwhelming but it definitely is there. I drank this blank and it tasted great. However, I feel like I need to try it with a little sweetener. I have this feeling it will be out of this world. Can’t wait until tomorrow to find out.

Smokey…Smokey…SMOKEY!!! This tea delivers just what it says. Like a campfire but better and safer to drink. A very rich flavor. What scares me most is my 3 yr old daughter tried it thinking she wouldn’t like it and would stop asking me for it she in turned decided she did like. My plan back fired but still simply amazing.

Great taste, sweet and smooth and a little earthy. I feel the flavor palate is a bit complex. Reminds me of a hot summer day at sunset. Don’t ask me why or how I can’t explain either.

I enjoyed this tea and so did my 3 year old daughter. What can I say I drank A LOT of tea when I was pregnant and there must have been some transference. LOL :o) The girl has a complex palette. Nevertheless, I felt this was a medium/light tea, earthy flavor but not grassy with floral accents and touch of sweetness. Tasty indeed!

I can see where kids would like this- it’s very peachy. It’s my favorite “tastes-like-a-flavored-even-though-it-isn’t” tea.

Interesting…It smells of alcohol before and after the steep. I was not sure about this but it tasted nothing like it smelled…“Thank God!” However, it was still okay. I didn’t feel like it had a strong enough of a tropical taste. All around okay and I will finish off the sample but have no plans to purchase more.

This sounds like it would be really good sweetened and iced.

Erin, you may be right. I will have to give it a try and report back some time. Thanks for the suggestion.
