Not as intense as I am used to drinking…perhaps I understeeped? The scent is amazing and the leaves are gorgeous.

Love the size of the leaves and presentation of rice. Good and roasty. Second infusion just about as lovely as the first. Would be fantastic with some sushi…if only my local sushi joint served this tea and not the bagged stuff!!!

A bit more astringent than I expected (esp. since the water I steeped it in was extra cool to avoid burning it). The blossoms in the tea are large and pretty. Will try again later to see if maybe I made a steeping error, but so far not blown away.

I’ve enjoyed this straight-up in my cup, as well as mixed with milk and a bit of chocolate powder. It’s a solid Match for daily home use.

WOHOO!!! Chocolate! I’m thinking of steeping some jasmine tea and using that to make my matcha instead of plain water. What milk/water ratio do you use? Or do you use all milk?

I’m having a devil of a time getting this to froth. Do you have the same problem?

A little red on the tips of the leaves. Almost a bit roasty & sweet in scent, which really appeals to me. Fruity in flavor (this tea is also known as Pear Mountain Oolong). I’m diggin’ this :)

Any oolong which reveals two leaves and a bud leaves me in awe. Strikes me as a mix between ti kuan yin and pouchong profiles. Quite lovely.

Another Darjeeling from my friend’s trip to India. This one was acquired at a duty free shop – not bad at all :)

I enjoy the first infusion most for this oolong. Kind of darjeeling-ish in nature (I’m still trying to find a better word for what the profile is that I’m tasting)

About at the end of my stash. Was sent from friends in India. Very tasty for a day-to-day darjeeling tea.
