I thought the cinnamon in this brew was a little intense, so I added a sprinkle of raw sugar. I think it’s good to drink for an itchy throat and as a small pick-me-up.

I am a bit of a tea novice and currently prefer fruity blends of herbal and green, though earthy blends are nice too. I usually don’t add any sweeteners, and I dislike black teas.
