I made a gallon of this for my husband’s superbowl party and it disappeared. Apparently it was a hit! Fortunately, I still had some of the concentrate left after the party, so I decided I’d like an Iced Tea with my lunch. It’s really easy to mix – just 1 part concentrate to 7 parts water.

It is an unsweetened tea, and I like it just fine like that. It also tastes good with a little agave nectar. Refreshing and delicious without tasting sickeningly sweet the way a RTD iced tea might. Nice!

Interesting… I just bought a Third Street Chai concentrate for the first time, but didn’t see any regular iced tea concentrates. I’ll have to keep my eye out, especially if they’re unsweetened. How strong is the mint?

LiberTEAS

The mint isn’t as strong as it might be in say a “Moroccan Mint” green tea, but, it’s there. I find that the mint pops if you add a little sugar syrup (I recommend the syrup only because it would be difficult to get the sugar to dissolve since the tea isn’t hot) or agave nectar.

Hmm, I’m intrigued!

I am obsessed with tea!

The reason I’m no longer writing for SororiTea Sisters is because I am now the Mad Tea Artist for 52Teas:

I’ll still be posting occasional reviews on teas here on Steepster, mostly backlogged reviews because I’m way behind on getting reviews posted. That’s why I’m keeping two accounts active at the current time – so that I can get those backlogged reviews posted.

My favorite teas are Yellow Teas with most Oolong teas at a close second. As far as “flavored” teas go, I love Earl Grey, Chocolate and Jasmine teas.

I also am intrigued by flavored teas with an unusual or unique flavor combination, which is why I was very excited to be the Mad Tea Artist of 52Teas!
