I can definitely tell I’ve been sleeping better since I’ve started drinking 2-4 cups of chamomile tea in the evenings. Don’t know if it’s actually working, or if I’m experiencing a placebo effect. And, in fact, I really don’t care, so long as it continues to work.
I do like this tea a lot though. It’s my second favorite chamomile at the moment (after the Honey Vanilla).
